GUARANTEES from the Developer

 

We want you to buy your property at the Red Sea Beach Resort with total peace of mind. This is why we have ensured that the developer has these important guarantees in place.

 

Rental pool

 

This is available for every property in the resort for a period of ten years. This is conservatively estimated at 10% net based on 20 weeks occupancy, and this includes your five weeks usage. Obviously this method allows for far greater returns depending on the amount of personal use and the actual occupancy levels for the resort. The Rental Pool option provides the most flexibility if you would like to stay in your property yourself for longer periods.

 

Rental guarantee

This is for two bed apartments only and again available for ten years. The Rental Guarantee option allows five weeks personal usage each year.

 

As an investor in the Red Sea Beach Resort, you have the option to secure the above returns by way of a Bank Guarantee. The rental guarantee comes into effect 18 months after the full balance payment has been received regardless of the construction status. The only condition is that furniture packs must be purchased if you are taking advantage of either of the above rental

options.

Please note: if you choose the rental guarantee option, you can switch to the rental pool option later on, if it turns out that the rental pool system is generating better returns!

Ten-year construction guarantee

The ten-year building construction guarantee means any deficiencies or defects in the building process or design will be corrected at no cost to you.
